Hi, My Baby Is 14 Months Old, Doctor Has Prescribed

Hi, my baby is 14 months old, doctor has prescribed macalvit syrup along with raricap syrup since his carpel bones are not formed.. Since a week now, his appetite has decreased , so I want to know if it's safe to give kidicare plus along with the above mentioned syrup.. And what are the side effects if I use it for a long term..
