Hi, My Baby Is 3 Months And 5 Days Old,

Hi, my baby is 3 months and 5 days old, he had a cold, blocked nose, coughing and dearea, But no fever.
The doctor wrote in the prescription fenistill drops, fess little noses, otrivin and mucum. That was a week ago.. Now he doesn't cough, snor or anything but he is still having very strong dearea.. By each feed he makes dearea
Note: he is bottle fed not through breast.
Should I give him any of the above mentioned medecines again for the dearea or what should I do...as I stopped all the medecines.
