Hi, My Baby Is 4 Month's Now. She Recently Had

Hi, my baby is 4 month's now. She recently had blood stained stools and diagnosed as Dysety.. her stool test showed OVA, CYST & Amoeba as nil but after her second stool test her WBC/ HPF showed 2 from range 0-5 cells. What does this mean as she is continuously having a sticky watery stools and it's not getting tightened.
