Hi My Baby Is 5 Month Old And Suffering From

Hi my baby is 5 month old and suffering from cold and cough and fever. Doctor has prescribed Maxtra drops 0.7 ml thrice a day daily. My baby is very sleepy after taking the drops I have given her 3 dose till now.
Please suggest if the dose fine and drowsiness is the side effect of this medication?
