Hi My Baby Is 7 Month His Weight Is 3kg

Hi my baby is 7 month his weight is 3kg 300gm. He is premature baby his birth weight 920gm. Yesterday dr pescribe him omnacortil 5mg/5ml 6ml two time for two week and then 3ml two time for 1 week then 3ml one time for one week.
Along with this 10drops levepils 2 time.
My question is, is it safe as i find 6ml omnacortil is very high dose for 3 kg baby.. please suggest me.
