Hi My Baby Is 7 Month Old N Had Fever.

Hi my baby is 7 month old n had fever. Doctor told she has viral fever n will get alright within 5 days. I gave her ibugesic plus 3ml( 3 times in a day) she got alright but now again after 10 days she has got fever again. I'm giving her ibugesic plus. Her fever gets reduced for 4-5 hours n den again the temperature raises to 101 degrees.. What should I do?
