Hi, My Baby Just Had Surgery About Two Weeks Ago.

Hi, my baby just had surgery about two weeks ago. She had her outside toes on both feet cut open because she was born with Webtoes. We went back for a follow up with her doctor, in between her toes are still wet. They told me to wet them so they can get cleaned out. They gave me some little soft pads to put in between the toes but they are still wet. What else can I do to get her feet dry so she can go back to normal and go back to school? HELP!!
