Hi, My Belly Button Was Swollen And I Got A

Hi, my belly button was swollen and I got a few Cotten buds in there and there was a lot of blood, then clear liquid, then white ish cloudy sticky liquid, then more blood, anyway now as I am 4 weeks pregnant just done the test yesterday morning, was my belly button a pregnancy sign and have I done damage popping the swelling ?
