Hi, My Blood Work Showed Low Red Blood Cell Count

Hi, my blood work showed Low Red Blood Cell Count (3.90 M/uL) and High Lymphoctes (44.2%) I was looking up to see what it meant...could you explain it so I can understand it?
Oh and is anything free advice on here anymore....I could go back to my dr for what I pay for your answer....
