Hi, My Body Soap Broke Into Small Pieces. I Think

Hi, my body soap broke into small pieces. I think a piece (the piece I couldn't find) slipped into my peehole? Will this cause serious damage? Or will this small piece of body soap dissolve in the pee once the bladder fills again? Should I drink lots of water to expedite the filling of my bladder to flush the piece out? Please advise.
