Hi, My Boston Terrier Vomited A Couple Times Last Night

Hi, my boston terrier vomited a couple times last night and a few more times today. Within the past 30 minutes however his face began to swell up and it looks like he has hives on his legs also. It seems like and alergic reaction what do you suggest i do should i just wait and see if the swelling goes down?
