Hi My Boyfriend And I Had Protected Sex But Due

Hi my boyfriend and I had protected sex but due to an incident the condom broke. I took the morning after pill the same day because I heard that the sooner the better. However throughout the day after taking the pill I had blood in my urine. I'm very concerned. Is this a side effect of the morning pill? Please help
