Hi My Boyfriend Fell And Hit His Head And Cut

Hi my boyfriend fell and hit his head and cut it open yesterday and we were on the fence about getting stitches/ going to the hospital but ended up not getting them. Today he is feeling sick, nauseous, dizzy, etc. it seems to be getting worse but we are monitoring it. how do I treat this, should I take him to the hospital?
