Hi, My Boyfriend Has Had A Fever For 3 Days.

Hi, my boyfriend has had a fever for 3 days. It's reduced by ibuprofen but if not taken would range 102 approx. he has all over aches and pain, headache, fatigue, and cough. He just know coughed up some blood. He doesn't have a sore throat or runny nose...thoughts?
