Hi, my boyfriend is 33 yrs old and has cardiomyopathy - grade 2. He takes Ramipril (1.25mg) per day. This past week he has had a cold and tonight is wheezing and short of breath. Would it be safe for him to take 1 or 2 puffs of a blue inhaler? (teva-salbutamol)
