Hi, My Brother Had A Blister On His Lower Lip

Hi, my brother had a blister on his lower lip about a few hours ago. He came back to me with half his lip swollen. It seems like a huge bump is in his lip. What could this be? He doesn't have any allergies, and didn't burn himself with anything which would usually cause the blister I think. He says it's numb.
