Hi My Brother In Law Is 81 Yrs. Old For

Hi my brother in law is 81 yrs. old for the last two years he ii having vomiting, sweat cold, shivering, and vomiting. All this happen suddenly. He is taking to the hospital and they give him an IV and then after att couple of hrs. sent home. Three months ago he had 2 heart attack and he has a stain. Last thursday he had the same problem again. He got the symptoms that he needs to vomit, but he doesn't then it happen again on saturday. This time he was taking to the hospital , got an IV and after a couple of hrs. sent home again. The doctor want to do test to check the pancreas. He is in the country of Panama.
