Hi My Car Door Window Slammed On My Postauricular Lymph

Hi my car door window slammed on my postauricular lymph nodes this mornings do now they are still enlarged and quite painful. The top one is the size of a grape and the bottom one is the size of a pea. I just took Ibuprofen 800mg. Should it just go down in a few days? Anything to watch for?
