Hi My Child Is 1yr Old Suffering From Loose Stool

Hi my child is 1yr old suffering from loose stool from 6 days. She is on Taxim-o 5ml twice , enterogermia oral suspension and Z&D ds 20. There s no sign of reducing watery loose stool. Third day she had little thick stool n again continued with greenish in colour... What should I do??
