my child is 4 yrs. old. He is suffering from chest congestion and cough. Doctor has advised to give him zifi 100 and azithral 200 with 4 times nebulization ( budecort with levolin). He is still suffering with acute cough. so, can i give him cheston cs syrup instead of dezacor advised by doctor?
