Hi My Child Is Two And A Half Month Old

Hi my child is two and a half month old when i saw he was chewing thyronorm 12.5 Tablets but he did not swallow it,as soon as i saw i made him to vomit but nothing came out i too brushed his mouth.He is active and does not show any signs of vomoting or tiredness.Is is necessery to take him to the doctor
