Hi, my clitoris hood is really swollen and hard to the touch. There isn't any abnormal discharge or itchiness, so I thought I could rule out a yeast infection. I also haven't had sex in over a year, and the first and last time I did, we used a condom, so I doubt it's a STD either. So I was just wondering what it is and what I should do to treat it? It's become really uncomfortable to just stand or walk around because it's so painful.
