Hi, My Close Friend Had His Nose Cauterized Because Of

Hi, my close friend had his nose cauterized because of a nosebleed. It's been more than 15 days now. Although the bleeding has stopped but it seems he has infection now with dark yellow smelly mucous flowing out all the time. What is the advisable antibiotics to be taken in such a situation?
