Hi My Ct Scan Shows That I Have Severe Mucosal

Hi my ct scan shows that I have severe mucosal thickeningin nasal cavity and also demineralisation ofnasal turbinates. What should I do. I already took corticosteroids but it only help little bit. It’s hard for me to respirate through nose.
