Hi my dad 70 yrs is with NPH. He developed some hallucinations and later thy hav done LP twice. But csf is thick and hardly drained 40ml totally. Csf sent for examination. It showed remarkable high proteins which raised doubts of TB meningitis. Csf culture didnot show any bacteria growth. My dad lost weight and had temp mostly evening raise. We hav done quantiferon tb gold test. Report shows .37 positive. Started akt4 10days back. He had vomitings and loss of appt remains same. Lft done liver enzymes raised. I think its drug induced. Pls let us lnow wht to do? He is k/c/o htn dm but always under control. Clean habits
