Hi, My Dad Is 8 Years Cancer Free, Lung Cancer.

Hi, my dad is 8 years cancer free, lung cancer. Now has had a bronchoscopy and looks like the non small cell cancer he had in left lung is back, just looking to find out the actual name of this cancer that causes an excessive amount of lung secretions that he has a hard time coughing up. Thank you
