Hi My Dad Who Is 84 Has Had Lots Of

Hi my dad who is 84 has had lots of tests done ie biopsy, scans, and doctors have said he has a shadow on his left lung. He has been given a MacMillan nurse who is talking about radio and chemotherapy to him .surgeon wanted to remove a portion of his lung. What percentage do you think he has cancer.
