Hi My Daughter Aged 17 Years, Keep Getting The Boil

Hi my daughter aged 17 years, keep getting the boil in the cleavage area which is full of sticky puss. she gets this since past one and half year. once the puss comes out and heals it comes after few months again. what could be the reason and which specialist to approach. please help. thanks
