Hi, My Daughter Had A Virus It Started On Friday

Hi, my daughter had a virus it started on Friday and lasted 4 days, until Monday. She has today on Wednesday had a rash appear it's red with white raised areas. The redness goes down when cooling her skin, can this have been caused by the virus, she had no symptoms of the sickness and diarrhoea and temperature since Monday just the rash now.
