Hi My Daughter Had An Infection In Her Arm, She

Hi my daughter had an infection in her arm, she has skin eczema it was itvhy she scratched and it got infected. she has been on antibitoics since saturday the swelling and redness has gone down but now the skin around it is turning blackish, light purple is this normal? or should I take her back tothe doctor
