Hi, My Daughter Had Kidney Biopsy Since She Had Persistent

Hi, my daughter had kidney biopsy since she had persistent rbc in her urine. It was 5-7 UHF. The initial biopsy result is MINOR GLOMERULAR ABNORMALITY. nEG iga, iGg AND iGm trace, 12 glomeruli with blood clots in capillary loops. Mildly accentuated mesangenium and +intersitial fibronosis. Unfortunately, electrom microscope is not available now in our country and might nor be available for the next 4 months. I wondre what are the possible results of her EM based on the initial biopsy result. Her ANA, ASO, DsNA, VCUG are all negative. Please help me understand, as her physician is not really open about the possible diagnosis. I am soooo worried. Thank you.
