Hi My Daughter Had Nerve Block Today With Her Wrist

Hi my daughter had nerve block today with her wrist surgery and has a scolpolamine patch. She is taking oral percoset q4h and has a lot of itching in the arm. Is it related to the nerve block wearing off, or from the patch because she can remove it .
