Hi My Daughter Has An Allergy And I Gave Her

Hi my daughter has an allergy and I gave her Benadryl she used 1 caplets at 7:00pm right now is 9:18pm and she still has a rash all over her body and is swollen in her fingers on her right arm and now starting on her left arm and she is swollen in her face and bumps on her face. should I send her to urgent care or give her another caplet what's you advice?
