Hi, My Daughter Has Been With Her Tongue White Since

Hi, my daughter has been with her tongue white since Sunday. Took her to the ER and they told me that it could be thrush. So they treated her as if she has a sore throat and Thrush they gave me nystatin and antibiotics. After almost 2 days I see no changes so I take her somewhere else for a second opinion. They told me it was herpangina and told me to stop the antibiotics a do nystatin. After that I felt so confused. And it's been the 3rd day since I went for a second opinion and I still see her tongue super white and blisters all over her lip. Thanks to the acetaminophen and rulox mixed with something else for mouthwash she is able to drink a little more. But why her tongue it's still so white on her third day of treatment.
