Hi My Daughter Has C P And Last Night Her

Hi my daughter has c p and last night her eyes were drifting in opposite directions,could this be a seizure she takes phenobarbitol has never had this happened before. Last seizure was two years ago and was a grand mal eyes twitching and non responsive.
