Hi My Daughter Has Had A Productive Cough For Approximately

Hi my daughter has had a productive cough for approximately 2 and a half weeks one night last week she ended up vomitting and was not her normal self all day the following day after that day passed she was fine acting normal still the occasional coughing but nothing excessive and then today she's been complaining of a sore stomach and had a fever that went away with a cool compress, but she's now been sick to her stomach. Not sure if I should wait it out a bit see how things get as time goes on or to take her to the nearest hospital.
