Hi My Daughter Has Had Diareah For 2 Days Really

Hi my daughter has had diareah for 2 days really bad and running 100deg fever, she's 24 weeks preg and went to labor and delivery this am and got fluids and did not see a doctor nurse said Dr told her to tell us to go home and rest and take Tylenol and omodium. Well she did and She still has diareah and fever. What should we do please?
