Hi, my daughter is 1 year and one month. She was running fever of 104 yesterday which is low now between 99 and 100. One padetric recommend Taxim O oral 50 ml and second colimex. Which is safe to give. What dosage of Taxim O to child is correct?

She is only relying on breast feed right now and refuse to take almost anything. She has pain in stomach for which she cries and is uneasy from inside. Clueless with this uneasy behavior. Need advise.
