Hi My Daughter Is 11months Old And Has Only Just

Hi my daughter is 11months old and has only just started to commando crawl she only says mum/dad that's it. She dosent bend her legs to crawl. She goes to all different classes and physio. She only is a size 00 now. She is very small. She dosent like being touched on the head. She has been tested for everything at 6months old. Do you think I should request more tests now?
