Hi My Daughter Is 2 And A Half Year Old

Hi my daughter is 2 and a half year old she is having loose motion since last night. In last 9 hours she has passed 3 motions which are like water. We gave her electoral water and she committed once.
Enteogermina was given to her around 9 hrs back. Can I repeat it as she is also complaint about regular cramps.
