Hi, My Daughter Is 21 Weeks Old And Little Sensitive

Hi, my daughter is 21 weeks old and little sensitive to lactose. She drinks 10-12 ounces of milk in a day , out of which 5 ounces are organic whole cow's milk and another 5 ounces are Enfagrow gentlease formula. We are going back to India after a week. as Enfagrow gentlease is not available in India, what milk should I give to her and what should be the amount she should be taken each day ?
