Hi My Daughter Is 2.5 Years She Has Had Diarrhoea

Hi my daughter is 2.5 years she has had diarrhoea for 3 days they are very watery she does about 3 to 4 a day she is still eating no fever and sleeping fine and in good spirits with no vomiting will it clear up itself or do I seek medical advise kind regards vanessa
