Hi My Daughter Is 2.5years Old & Has Been Suffering

Hi my daughter is 2.5years old & has been suffering from severe coughs & cold with fluctuating fever between 99 to 103 from last 4 days. Doctor has prescribed anti allergic & paracetamol syrup for the same. He has also started antibiotics advent forte from today. To day after sleeping. My daughter had a small vomit with some food particles & blood stains. On closely examine we found that there is some nosebleed as well which stopped after 10 mins..what could be the reason?
