Hi, My Daughter Is 26 Years Old And Is Experiencing

Hi, my daughter is 26 years old and is experiencing unilateral pain throughout her entire right side from the top of her head to the tip of her toes. If it had just been from the waist down I would have thought Sciatica but, she says even her scalp hurts strictly on the right side. Ear, jaw, scalp, throat, arm, hip, leg, stomach, foot, etc. All on the right side only. It started with just a few spots and has spread and gotten worse over the past few days. She also complained that when her sock came off that her foot felt pins and needles. This has me extremely worried. Any idea what it could be?
