Hi My Daughter Is 4 Years Old. For The Past

Hi my daughter is 4 years old. For the past 2 days she has been complaining about headaches, gum bleeds and now she's woken up with a nosebleed. Are there other things it could be other than leukaemia? I am beside myself and would like to know options as that's the only one google has given me. Thank you.
