Hi My Daughter Is Going To Celebrate Her 1st Birthday

Hi my daughter is going to celebrate her 1st birthday on sep 12th. From yesterday afternoon onwards she is going motion 3 times in yellow colour. From today morning onwards she is having loose motion very watery more than 4 times she gone. Already My docter prescribed Z&D before 4 months for the same problem shall I continue the same medicine now. how many times and for how many days I have to follow this medicine
