Hi My Daughter Is Sixteen. On Thursday Night At 8pm

Hi my daughter is sixteen. On Thursday night at 8pm she complained of burning painful frequent urination. She said she thought there was blood in it. We are out of state and in the mountains on vacation. I got her some avo (over the counter) and cranberry juice. She is still urinating frequently some discomfort. How long will it take to clear up? Should I go to the ER tonight? We are leaving in the morning and will be back in nj by 3, should I wait until then?
