Hi my daughter is ten months old an had a fever of 104.6 so I gave her some Tylenol and it knocked it back to a 103.8 she is not overly fussy I can still get her to smile and she is sleeping pretty good not as good as usual but still sleeping well she is not lethargic and very responsive when I wake her shouldni bringb her to the er
