Hi, My Daughter Is Two Years Old And Suffers From

Hi, my daughter is two years old and suffers from suspected asthma and also has a hospital appointment in a few weeks with regards to a possible squint. Her cough is worse than ever which I suspect is due to the time of year however, we have also noticed a few other symptoms. She keeps having a bloated hard tummy even when she has been to the toilet and since yesterday morning she has a black cut like mark in the middle of her tongue any idea what this could be? thanks
