Hi My Daughter Is Very Ill And Has Been On

Hi my daughter is very ill and has been on paxil for ten years and i am wondering if she is being poisoned by paxil. Her main symptom is chronic nausea, lethargy and cant eat. If it is poison how do you deal with it whilst she is still on paxil as she cant go off it any faster than she is now doing? Is there a way of neutralizing the poisonous affect?
